Visitors to the Children's Museum of New Hampshire must reserve their spots prior to their visit; please reserve for the exact number of people visiting the museum.
If you are unable to select a specific date/time that means tickets are SOLD OUT for that session. If you are unable to enter your desired number of tickets, that means there are not enough tickets available for that date/time to complete your requested order.
CMNH Members, please use the register/sign-in buttons at the top right of this page to receive your free admission! When creating an account, use the same name and email you used when you signed up for a membership. Once you’ve signed in, you will be able to select your ticket types (not w/discount tickets); the total will be zeroed out when you view your cart.
If you need to apply any sort of discount (including CMNH admission passes or reciprocal benefits from a participating ACM or ASTC organization) to your admission and you do not have a discount code, please choose the 'Adult/Child w/discount will pay at the door' ticket options. When you arrive for your play session, we will ask for proof of your discount and take payment. If you do have a discount code, please select the full price ticket types (not w/discount tickets). On the next page, you will be able to enter your code and the discount will be applied to your order.

For some children with autism spectrum or sensory processing disorders, a visit to museums like ours is challenging or over-stimulating. The Exploring Our Way: Sensory Friendly Playtimes are low-sensory events designed for children with autism spectrum or sensory processing disorders, and allows them to explore the Museum along with their families without the noise, crowds, and stimulation of a typical open day.
The museum is closed to the public during Exploring Our Way. We limit the number of families who can attend, turn down sounds and lights, provide a quiet zone with sensory activities away from the exhibit floor and have noise cancelling headphones to borrow. A medical diagnosis is not required. Online reservations are required, and admission is discounted to $3.50/person.
Please reserve for the exact number of people visiting (in other words, don't just reserve one spot for yourself.)
Snowdate: Thursday, January 25, 7-9pm
Grown-ups, you're invited to the Children's Museum of New Hampshire for a special night to Sip & Sketch, with live animals! Not only will you get to explore the Children's Museum of NH's exhibits like a kid, but you'll be inspired by live animal models from Pope Memorial Humane Society. An educator from the shelter will give a short presentation about the animals and guests can meet some of the furry friends. Then join local author and illustrator Sean Bixby as he instructs you to draw caricatures of some of the animals. When you are finished, add a little watercolor to make your artwork pop! No artistic experience necessary. Try more animal crafts and games as you explore the museum's many hands-on exhibits, open for a special 21+ grown-up night for kids-at-heart! A cash bar from DeeLuxe Bartending will also be available, along with non-alcoholic beverages.
Advance online tickets are $18, or $20 at the door, while tickets are available. Grown-ups only please (21+) and ID is required.
A CMNH Member pre-sale starts Monday, November 20, and tickets open to the public on Monday, November 27.
By reserving a Birthday Party you are agreeing to follow museum rules. All of your guests will be asked to sign our guest list upon arrival on the date of your event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask people who are sick or not following the rules to leave the museum.
